The fine folks over at Society 6 and D-Structure are curating an online show themed around super heroes. I drew Cap t'other day and he needed a nemesis so I put this guy down in ink and "painted" some color on. You can even buy an art print of it.

Cinderella Cthulu
I had an image of a girl in a fancy dress (prolly the award season sneaking in). But I also had the image of these tentacles sneaking out from under (not sure where that came from). This was supposed to be one of my "Quick Illos", more of an exercise, but I did three versions, playing around with texture and coloring styles. One I'm turning into a T-shirt submission.

Neck Scarf
A quick drawing in a new sketchbook drawn with a brush pen during an awards ceremony. Added a quick Photoshop color tonight.
The Lotion Song
Knocked out the color finals on this piece I started last summer. It's inspired by a song called the "The Lotion Song" by The Silversmiths.
There's a funny story behind the song, but I'm not sure this is the place to relate it. Needless to say it is not necessarily safe for work. But one of the members had an idea to do a multi-media evening and asked a bunch of his artists friends to "interpret" the song, giving us the loosest of parameters and asked that we all come together on a single night to display our art and listen to some music.
